How do I request a movie or TV show?

Use the Request Media page in the sidebar. Search for the title and click Request. You'll need an account on Overseerr.

How long until my request is available?

Most requests are processed automatically and available within a few hours. Some content may take longer depending on availability.

Something isn't playing — what do I do?

Try a different quality or device first. If the issue persists, let me know. Check the Uptime page to see if any services are down.

Streaming Tips

• For best performance use the native Plex app on your device
• If you see "Transcoding" in the stream info it means your device or connection isn't handling the original quality — try lowering the quality in Plex settings
• 4K HDR content requires a capable device and a strong connection
